Medical Surveillance Types

1. Select the Medical icon from the Main Menu bar.
2. Select Medical Surveillance Types from the Medical menu options.
3. This opens the Medical Surveillance Types Screen.
4. Click [Add]  add or modify a Medical Surveillance Type.  
5. Highlight a row and click [Edit] to modify a Medical Surveillance Type.
6. Highlight a row and click [Archive] to delete a Medical Surveillance Type.

7. The Medical Surveillance Type screen is shown below.
