Assessment Reviewers

The Assessment Reviewers list is found under the More menu options on the Assessement Form.

1. The Reviewer List is shown below:

2. Click the [Convert Worker to Reviewer] button to create a new reviewer.  This will fill in the reviewer details from the worker record in EHSA. Type in the first few letters of the worker name and click [Search].  Then click [Select] for the worker you want to make a reviewer.

3. Confirm the reviewer information and click [Save] to save the new record.  The User ID Link is required.
