Assessment Menu

The Assessment Menu is used to organize forms by use or topic.

1. For example, if there are several RAM or CHEM forms, they can be grouped by the code.
2. Highilght a Code type and click on [View Forms] to see the forms.

3. From the Assessment Forms list below, double click or click [Edit] to open a selected form.

4. Click [+Add] to add a new menu, or highlight a row and click [Edit] to modify a menu.

5. The Assesment Menu add/edit screen is shown below.

6. Click [Save] to save entry/edit, or [Cancel] to discard any changes.
