Equipment Violation Edit

1. The Edit Equipment Violation Screen is shown below.
2. Point Value is optional, depending on weather your institution assigns point values to violations if scoring inspections.
3. Subcategories for the Inspection Type must be set up prior to entering questions so a Subcategory can be selected for each Violation/Question.
