Fume Hood History Type Add or Edit

1. Click [Add] to add a new History Type, or highlight a row and click [Edit] to modify the type.
2. This opens the Fume Hood History Type edit screen.
3. Enter the History Type.  Enter the Frequency if needed.

4. Click [Save] to save all entries, or click [Cancel] to discard entries/edits.
