Highlight a Fume Hood history and click [Edit] to open an existing history record. Click [Add] to add a new history record.
When adding a new history, the Serial # will default to the Serial # of the record that was highlighted when the user clicked on [Add].
Select the Date for the procedure using the Calendar date picker option.
Use dropdowns to select History Type and Status.
For history types that have an associated Frequency, the field will display next to the history type. This is a display only field. The procedure's Next Due Date will populate using the frequency.
Select Results and Performed By from the dropdown lists.
Enter any Comments as needed.
Select Yes/No/NA as applicable for Baffles Function, Passed Smoke Test, and Referred for Maintenance.
Vertical Sash, Horizontal Sash, and Other - Enter Face Velocity, Sash Opening, and Cross Draft as applicable. (Note: the "Other" fields can be modified as needed using the Edit Labels function.)
Scroll down to view the Observations Regarding the Fume Hood section.
Click [Attach] beside each observation to attach to the history record.
Click [Save] to save the entries, or [Cancel] to discard any entry/edit and return to the previous screen.
