Facilities

Click on the Other icon on the Main Menu.  Then click/select Facilities under the Other menu list.

1. This opens the Facilities screen as shown below.

2. Click [Add] to add a new facility, or highligh a record and click [Edit] to modify an existing facility.
3. Enter/edit the Facility Code and the Facility Name.
4. Click [Save] to save the changes, or [Cancel] to discard edits and go back to the previous screen.

5. Click [Archive] to delete a highlighted Facility record.

6. A Confirm pop-up window will appear.

7. Select [No] to cancel, or [Yes] to confirm deletion of the selected facility.
