Eyewash/Shower History Types

Select Equipment from the Main Menu bar.  Select Eyewash/Shower History Types from the Eyewash & Showers menu.

1. This opens the Eyewash/Shower History Types listing screen.

2. Click [Add] to add a new Eyewash/Shower history type, or highlight an existing Eyewash/Shower history type and click [Edit] to modify.
3. This opens the Eyewash/Shower History Type screen.
4. Enter the History Type.  Enter the Frequency if needed.

5. Click [Save] to save all entries, or click [Cancel] to discard entries/edit.
