Contamination History Types

Select Compliance from the [Exposures] Main Menu icon.   Then select Contamination History Types.

1. This opens the Contamination History Types listing screen as shown below.

2. Click [Add] to add a new History Type, or highlight a type and click [Edit] to modify an existing History Type.  
3. This opens the Edit History Type screen below.

4. Entry/edit the History Type as needed.
5. Click [Save] to save add/edits, or [Cancel] to discard changes.
