Injury & Ilness        

The Injury & Illness module includes Injury/Illness reporting and Event Tracking.

The initial report is entered in Injury/Illness or Event Tracking.  The Injury/Illness tracking is one event for one person, either an injury or a near miss injury/event.

The Event Tracking entry allows the user to enter one event that have affect multiple people.  For example, a lab fire for which multiple people were present in the area. Some may have been injured to various degrees, others may not have been affected but were present.
