Equipment Work Orders

The Work Order Listing screen is shown below.   Use sorting and filters to view work orders by Equipment Type or other parameters.

1. New work orders are entered in the history for an individual piece of equipment.  Usually, the need for repair is noticed during routine checks and calibrations.  This allow those entering inspection details to quickly add the work order for the equipment.
2. The Work Order Listing allows an administrator to review the equipment needing repair work or maintenance and schedule multiple units for service at one time.
3. Highlight a Work Order and double click or click [Edit] button to open the record for editing.
4. This opens a Work Order for editing and review.
